Flint not Mourned as his Empire Crumbles! by Gossip Columnist Mêlez Bereichern While Captain James Flint was alive, it would have been a brave soul that dared to speak or act against him, such was the terror with which his name gripped the entire Caribbean! Since his death, throat slit while he slept by the mysterious masked do-gooder "El Cuervo", his ramshackle piratical empire has crumbled like a sand castle in the surf. First Flint's two ill-matched lieutenants, Black Jack and Saucy Nancy, fell out with each other and divided Flint's crew and his two ships and decided to go their seperate ways. So now we are plagued by the Scurvy Knave and the Fury as independent menaces - but is it sure that as long as they are seperated, the two captains can't muster the terrible threat or effectiveness of the late Flint. The latest news whispered on the waves is that both captains have received anonymous notes relating to the disposition of Flint's massive hidden treasure! Yes, apparently he buried all his ill-gotten wealth somewhere on a small island in the nearby seas, outside any provincial boundaries that might belong to England, Spain, or France. But he cannot have taken the secret of the treasures whereabouts to his grave, there must be a clue or two for those clever enough to spot them...

"Had a great time with everyone! But then, who can't have fun raining fire and catastrophe upon people? :P" ~Eevee

"I think it was a brilliant LARP, even though I ended up in a Spanish Prison.
Everyone played exceptionally well and made a great story and only Alex had to die.
He was happier as Billy Pistol, anyway. :)
Kudos, all!"
~Fletcher

"Yay! I had a blast, and thank you again for having us all over.
Please let me know when you get things together for another one because I'd love to join you :)"
~Maria

"Can't wait for the next LARP! :) " ~Mary
